There are already some very good pages (you will find two links in the chapter "Introductory Chapter") on the Web dealing with this subject, so why another one? The same reason why there are hundreds of sites dealing with UNIX, C, JAVA etc., various pop stars etc. The driving force lies in the hope to give the subject a different perspective, a clearer insight, or just the thrill of daring a new approach.
